I lost over 100 pounds and am toned like crazy, tracked my activity and calories on a device he mentioned. Only took me a year, he is not right.

I have a full body day and then my push, pull and leg days. And when I didn’t have much time during the week I’ll just do two full body days on the weekend. Probably my favorite routine because I also never get bored of it

Honestly I’m weird. I eat 2 packs of original oatmeal (100 cals per pack) as a snack a day. I use water instead of milk and add nothing sweet. Just an ice cube if I want to cool it down faster. So even if the package is lying and it’s 400 (thankfully I’ve never had an issue with that) I still don’t think it’s too bad. At the very least, way better than grabbing a snickers or skittles (not to mention saves a ton of $$$)
Since I don't cook really, still wanted to share my version of oatmeal me and the wife eat often me almost every day. On heaping tsp of rolled oats, one heaping tbsp of chia seeds, 2 heaping tbsp sunflower seeds, one nearly flat tsp seseme seeds, lots of cinnamon amount your choice I use quite a bit, one heaping tbsp coconut flakes, optional one flat tsp ashwaganda powder just because I have it. Blueberries optional and nuts optional. Mix with water desired amount. My blood sugar meter test one hour later was 97.
